What is RTO Form 30?
Form 30 is the 'Report of Transfer of Ownership of a Motor Vehicle'. It is filled by both the buyer and the seller. The buyer declares that they have purchased the vehicle and request that the transfer be recorded in the RTO database. This form must be submitted within 14 days of transfer for local RTOs, or 45 days if the buyer resides in another RTO jurisdiction.
